Instructions:

Add the steak, oregano, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for 5 minutes. 3. Add the bell peppers and mushrooms to the pot. Stir to combine and cook for an additional 5 minutes. 4. Secure the lid on your pressure cooker and cook on high pressure for 15 minutes. 5. Quick-release the pressure and remove the lid. 6. Toast the hoagie rolls in a toaster oven or on the stovetop. 7. Divide the steak and vegetables among the hoagie rolls and top with slices of provolone cheese. 8. Place the sandwiches in the toaster oven or on the stovetop until the cheese is melted.
